This house is newly built and features a master suite with a Queen bed and ensuite. The second and third bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The second bedroom has one double bed and the 3rd bedroom has two bunk beds, sleeping, four guests.

There is an additional sitting area downstairs with a lounge, extra television and a second air conditioner. In addition to the ensuite, Break Point has a large master bathroom downstairs.

At the heart of this gem is an open plan cooks??? kitchen with all the modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, a dining area and large lounge room. Doors from the open plan living space open out onto a beautiful balcony with a private dining space, two-person spa bath, barbecue and ocean view.

There is a small fenced courtyard which means that you can bring your pet on holidays. Please note that your pet is to be kept strictly outside.

Finally, Break Point has off-street parking and also includes two parking spaces.
